Doug is President and CEO of McKinley Leadership, a leadership development, team effectiveness and executive coaching consultancy.  Over the past 20 years, Doug has counseled and coached hundreds of leaders toward personal and professional effectiveness.  In the past 8 years, Doug and his team of coaches have partnered with healthcare, financial services, and other non profit organizations in building high performance teams, assessment of their leadership talent, and individual coaching services for leadership development.

Doug is the author of a book on relationship development and several training program manuals that focus on leadership development.  One of Doug's McKinley Leadership signature coaching tools is featured in the 2007 book entitled The Business Coaching Toolkit  by Fairly and Zipp.  He is the Director of Corporate Coaching Services for the Institute for Life Coach Training and is the founder of the Registered Leadership Coaching Program sponsored by ILCT.

Doug is a frequent keynote speaker and seminar facilitator.  He enjoys teaching and facilitating with teams and leaders who seek to be continuous learners.  His speaking style invites participants to listen for application rather than evaluation.

Doug holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the Adler Professional School of Psychology and a masters degree in counseling from Wright State University.  He has earned the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and is a practicing member of ICF.

Sandria Simmons brings integrity, focus, and a proven track record of sales management, leadership development and executive management successes to her clients.

In her 32-year banking career Sandria has held a variety of management positions. Highlights: as Senior Vice President of NBD Wheaton Bank she managed personal banking, consumer lending, all operations, marketing, personnel, and branch banking. As Branch President of First Chicago, Glen Ellyn, she successfully developed the banking staff and improved sales by 35% over a 3-year period. As First Vice President of Business Banking for Bank One, she was recognized as Top Sales Manager in the Midwest in 2000 and led a team of lenders in sales, generating loans and business products. Today she leverages her experience as an accomplished sales manager and bank executive to serve as the foundation of her executive coaching business.

Sandria is a registered executive coach and trainer whose clients include executives in Health Care, Financial Services and Higher Education. She leads her clients through a process of first realizing their potential, and then equipping them to overcome limitations to achieve personal success. She enables clients to understand their unique communication style and to use it positively in communicating with others. She helps her clients identify and develop their unique leadership effectiveness.

A graduate of DePaul University, Sandria has pursued graduate studies in organizational behavior (MA program), and was designated “Registered Corporate Coach” from the World Wide Association of Business Coaches. She was honored by the National Association of Women Business Owners as the Corporate Partner of the Year in 2001. Sandria has taught “Management, Leadership and Communication” on the Junior College level, and brings real life experience to the classroom as well as the board room.

Mary is an experienced health care executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, including fifteen years in senior level management roles. Her clinical background gives her the unique perspective of understanding the complexity of the environment and the challenges inherent in healthcare. She has held roles in a hospital setting from staff nurse, through nurse manager and director, to vice president, chief operating officer and finally CEO. Mary holds an undergraduate degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University and a Masters’ degree in Organizational Behavior and Management.  Mary’s unique experience along with her personal coaching and mentoring style has allowed for significant growth and development in the managers and leaders working with her.

Richard Denning brings more than 30 years of senior management experience in the fields of Human Capital Development, Process Improvement and Organizational Development to McKinley Leadership.  In addition, Richard has held several P&L responsible positions, including President of a multi-state organization on the West Coast and President of a firm headquartered in the Midwest.  Most recently, Richard served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-national company.

As an Executive Coach, Richard has helped executives prepare Individual Development Plans for themselves and their staff.  He has also led organizations in the development of competency models and organizational change initiatives to align execution with corporate strategy.

Denise has over 12 years experience in a variety of environments including business management, hospital administration and teaching.  She has served on faculty at two major hospitals working with both physicians and various levels of hospital administration.  Denise continues to maintain a longstanding commitment to teaching through online and classroom instruction of masters and doctoral level students in various behavioral and assessment related subjects.

Marcie is a leadership development coach and motivational speaker with 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business and team development and coaching across a wide range of disciplines and with special expertise in the healthcare industry.
