Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i)
Identifying traits and characteristics that lead to success 

The awareness and management of emotion in the workplace is a critical indicator for leadership effectiveness. TMG administers an EQ assessment tool to participants of our coaching programs to identify traits and characteristics that create leadership success. It measures five content areas and 16 subscales. A summary of skills is listed with an IQ equivalent for EQ.

Understanding personalities

The uncovered talent matched with skill and knowledge can be leveraged into signature strength. The tool measures a person in all 34 themes and identifies the five strongest themes.
