Denise Makowski has over 12 years experience in a variety of environments including business management, hospital administration and teaching. She has served on faculty at two major hospitals working with both physicians and various levels of hospital administration. Denise continues to maintain a longstanding commitment to teaching through online and classroom instruction of masters and doctoral level students in various behavioral and assessment related subjects.
Denise holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Florida Tech and undergraduate degrees in both accounting and psychology from the University of South Florida. Her unique combination of education and experience seeks to blend business strategies, organizational and behavioral knowledge and psychological expertise to achieve desired business results.
Professional experiences have afforded Denise a strong background in assessment, which has been proven to be instrumental in assisting companies in recruiting/retaining the “right people,” and developing effective leaders.
