Overview
We lead by virtue of who we are. Many leaders who have been in battle for more than a decade tell us they have lost a sense of identity in their work. DIVE is personal coaching designed to reconnect a leader to his or her core, illuminate that core for the first time, or help a developing leader set a trajectory to help sustain him or her during the battles that lie ahead. The DIVE is not for busy leaders looking to do more, rather for those who know they could be more effective if they could get in sync with their internal compass.
DIVE starts with a unique 2 day intensive one-on-one retreat, followed by steady personal leadership coaching to assist in building and maintaining the structure for inside-out growth to happen. This process usually takes 12-15 months with access to a leadership coach is 2-3 times per month. Frequent and targeted accountability ensures transformational shifts.
