Laura Gavin has over 30 years of Human Resource experience with a strong emphasis in employee benefit and HRIS practices. Her experience includes positions as both a consultant and practitioner serving in various HR leadership positions. She has hands-on knowledge of a variety of industries, including Public Accounting, Health Care and Fitness, Manufacturing, Banking, and Information Technology. In addition, Laura is a Leadership Coaching candidate and is currently mentoring members of a major medical system’s management team.
