Registered Leadership Coach (RLC)™

Become a Passionate, Dynamic, Results-Oriented Coach

The Registered Leadership Coach™ (RLC) designation is awarded to individuals who have completed formal training in executive and business coaching. Participants completing this program satisfactorily including the final exam are granted the RLC™ designation from McKinley Leadership plus 20 CEUs fromThe International Coach Federation (ICF) and 20 recertification credits from The Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI)

 RLC™ Program Features:

  • Designed for both internal and external coaching
  • Includes 20 hours of coach training, 25 hours supervised client-coaching experience, plus 5 meetings with a Mentor Coach.
  • Graduates awarded RLC™ designation upon completion.
  • Can be applied to ICF professional full-membership requirements (2012).
  • Pre-approved by The Human Resources Certification Institute for 20 hours recertification credits for PHR, SPHR, and GPHR.
  • Pre-approved by The International Coach Federation (ICF) for 20 CEU’s
