Sandria Simmons brings integrity, focus, and a proven track record of sales management, leadership development and executive management successes to her clients.

In her 32-year banking career Sandria has held a variety of management positions. Highlights: as Senior Vice President of NBD Wheaton Bank she managed personal banking, consumer lending, all operations, marketing, personnel, and branch banking. As Branch President of First Chicago, Glen Ellyn, she successfully developed the banking staff and improved sales by 35% over a 3-year period. As First Vice President of Business Banking for Bank One, she was recognized as Top Sales Manager in the Midwest in 2000 and led a team of lenders in sales, generating loans and business products. Today she leverages her experience as an accomplished sales manager and bank executive to serve as the foundation of her executive coaching business.

Sandria is a registered executive coach and trainer whose clients include executives in Health Care, Financial Services and Higher Education. She leads her clients through a process of first realizing their potential, and then equipping them to overcome limitations to achieve personal success. She enables clients to understand their unique communication style and to use it positively in communicating with others. She helps her clients identify and develop their unique leadership effectiveness.

A graduate of DePaul University, Sandria has pursued graduate studies in organizational behavior (MA program), and was designated “Registered Corporate Coach” from the World Wide Association of Business Coaches. She was honored by the National Association of Women Business Owners as the Corporate Partner of the Year in 2001. Sandria has taught “Management, Leadership and Communication” on the Junior College level, and brings real life experience to the classroom as well as the board room.
