Program Framework
- McKinley Leadership will schedule and conduct a personal/confidential 1 hour interview with each member of the leadership team.
- Each member of your team will complete three short web based assessment tools.
- McKinley Leadership will collect the data and analyze the team’s “currency gap.”
- McKinley Leadership will host a Snapshot Discovery session with your team over lunch and distribute the desktop tool, the Team Dynamics Snapshot.
