Candia Dye, M.A., RCC, BCS, CSBA, is Director of Training and Program Development. Candia is a business development and leadership coach, consultant, and teacher, and is committed to helping people define their vision and make meaningful choices as they build a thriving business and develop a fulfilling career.  She has been a professional coach for more than 15 years, working internationally with a diverse individual and group client-base. In addition, Candia held senior management positions with Fortune 100 companies for more than 20 years.

The following credentials strengthen Candia’s coaching philosophy and skills:  B. A. in Sociology; M.A. in Psychology; with post-graduate work at the doctoral level in Counseling. She has been a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 1997, is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) with the Worldwide Assoc. of Business Coaches®, a credentialed Business Coaching Specialist, a graduate and faculty member at The Institute for Life Coach Training, a licensed and certified Small Business Advisor for the One Page Business Plan®, and a licensed facilitator for the Get Clients Now® Program. For  For nearly five years, Candia served as a member of the ICF Executive Regulatory Committee, established to preserve the integrity of the coaching profession, and is a member of the ICF Research SIG (special interest group), and ICF Corporate and Executive Coaching SIGs.

Candia’s experience includes twenty years with two Fortune 100 telecommunications companies: AT&T and BellSouth. As an internal senior manager, she held leader positions involving contract negotiation, new lines of business (LOB), project management, and directing leadership training for quality of work life and self-managed success teams. Candia, a recipient of BellSouth’s Vision Award, also served as BellSouth Corporation’s liaison in seven states for the implementation of telephone communication services for the hearing impaired in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Prior to her corporate work, Candia was a Social Worker with the Florida Department of Family Services, and later held a supervisory position at a private treatment facility for young adults in Miami, Florida.
